Summary The quality and provenance of seed are exceptional importance for the production yield cultivated plants. There numerous tests determination vigour. accelerated ageing test is one most important that provide degree germination preservation longevity in storages. aim this study was to observe effect different methods – organic conventional on vigour maize (variety Rumenka), using test. Maize seeds were exposed double stress conditions (temperature 45 °C, air humidity 100%) 72h. determined by standard expressed as a percentage. results organically produced indicated application increased first count (78.5%) relation (70.75%), significantly higher percentage nongerminated (10.25%) recorded. Furthermore, radicle length decreased (120.75 mm), while seedling above-ground part (117.13 mm) fresh weight (4.56 g) increased. In conventionally produced, (41.5% 46.25%, respectively) after test, (38.75%). addition, (105.88 (4.43 decreased, values (137.5 (2.39 dry (0.28 well parts seedlings (0.31 than laboratory method (127.88 mm, 1.89 g, 0.17 mm 0.31 respectively).
